Delicious beef burger with steamed vegetables – Preparation process
Start by preparing the meat you’re digging, if you didn’t buy it right away. Cut it into two flattened meatballs, with a larger diameter than the buns, and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Cover them with cling film and refrigerate for at least an hour. It is important that meatballs are larger in diameter than buns, because they will shrink during cooking.
When you take the meat out of the cold, put something hot on it and lightly oil it. Sear both meatballs by turning them from side to side. When they are well prepared, put them in a covered dish and keep them warm.
How to cook meat
Cut the zucchini lengthwise and place the slices on a flat surface. Sprinkle them with good salt and let them dry for 10 minutes. Then, dry them on a paper towel to remove the moisture from their surface.
Clean the peppers and cut them into wide slices, like zucchini slices.
Heat the fire, grease it with a little oil and fry the zucchini and pepper slices, turning them from one side to the other. There is no need to sprinkle salt and write, they taste plain. After you finish the vegetables, sprinkle thyme over them for extra flavor.
