Armenian milk bread is made as a simple recipe that does not require much skill or time. It is a good dessert for wives who do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but are looking for something special for their family.

For the dough

– 250 ml of water

– 1/2 teaspoon of salt

– 3 tablespoons of oil

– flour as it is, about 500 g

For filling

– 12 eggs

– 2 l fat

– 100 ml oil

– 1 grated teaspoon of salt

– 50 g of margarine

Preparation process for Armenian milk cake

For the dough, mix all the ingredients mentioned above and knead it until the ingredients don’t stick to your fingers. Take 50 grams of dough, divide it into two and spread two very thin sheets. It is cooked on both sides, at the bottom of the pan, removed and crumbled.

The rest of the dough is divided into six equal balls, spread on a thin sheet of paper, larger than the pan in which the bread will be made. They are served separately with melted margarine. Dry the tray, put the sheet, one on top of the other, taking care to cover the wall, then sprinkle the crumbled sheets and pour oil.

Separately, beat eggs with salt and put in milk. The mixture is poured into the tray and gently mixed, then put in a hot oven for about 1 hour, until it turns brown. The fire will be suitable, the cake is stored until the ingredients are used properly. When it is ready, let it cool in the pan, then it can be cut and served.
