How to make pumpkin croquettes in the oven
Turn off the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare a large tray where you keep the steamed leaves.
Put the flour in a bowl, and put in another bowl and put the good bread. In the third bowl, combine the eggs with salt and pepper until the ingredients are uniform. Dip the pumpkin sticks first in the flour, then into the egg mixture and repeat the process. After dipping them all twice in the flour and egg, roll them in a good bread.

Then, put them side by side on a sheet of paper in a tray.
Place the pan in the oven and bake the zucchini croquettes for 15 minutes on the first side. Remove the tray, turn the croquettes and bake them for another 10 minutes on the second side.
