Burger with avocado and egg

How about an avocado burger for breakfast? The bread can be replaced with avocado halves and the inside of the burger can be filled with soft or hard-boiled eggs, tomato slices and some delicious caramelized bacon.

Avocados are rich in healthy fats, eggs are rich in protein, and tomatoes provide you with essential vitamins and minerals. Everything in this avocado burger is healthy and gives you energy for the whole day.

Efrata:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2-3 pieces of pork
  • leaf lettuce
  • half a cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon white / black sesame seeds
  • salt, pepper, taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (for the fried egg)

Preparation:

Fry the egg in two spoons of oil. You can make it soft or hard, according to your preference. Then, fry the pork slices until they become crispy. Drain them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Peel the avocado and cut it into small pieces. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices.

Add the lemon juice and Greek yogurt to the mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add a spoonful of yogurt, a slice of cucumber, the egg, a slice of caramelized bacon, a slice of tomato and, finally, another spoonful of Greek yogurt and half of an avocado.

“Cover” this burger with the other half of the avocado and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Good appetite!
