- Corn Flake Cookie Recipe
- A quick, no-bake filter
In more than 15 minutes, the cookies I’m talking about are ready. And what’s more, they are delicious, they don’t need to bake, and the ingredients are available to everyone.
Corn Flake Cookie Recipe
- 150 grams of corn flakes;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- 4 tablespoons honey / agave syrup, or any other sweetener you choose;
- 120 grams of butter;
- 100 grams of milk chocolate;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
Put the cornmeal in a deep bowl with the sugar, honey, butter and vanilla extract.
Then put the composition on the fire and let it harden until the sugar dissolves completely and you get a thick syrup.
Then add chocolate broken into pieces and mix until completely melted. Then pour the hot mixture over the corn and mix well, so that all the flakes are coated with caramel.
When it cools down a bit, grease your hands with oil or butter, and shape the cookies to your liking.
If you have paper baskets, you can put them in them, if not, you can keep them on a piece of paper until it is completely cool and not sticky at all.
When they refuse, they are good enough to eat.
