Cinnamon Biscuits are the perfect dessert for even the pickiest kids. Spices can be added to children’s food after 7-8 years, and can be used, for example, in recipes for baked apples, pumpkins or sweet potatoes. However, some children may be allergic to this pepper, so it would be good to introduce it to the diet of children when they reach one year. For the best biscuits, you will need: 250 grams of butter, one egg, 150 grams of sugar, one teaspoon of flour, one pinch of salt, the most important vanilla, two teaspoons of powder, 500 grams of flour.
If you want the cookie to be beautiful, you will also need a glaze made from: 20 teaspoons of powdered sugar, a little lemon juice, two teaspoons of cinnamon and colored candies for decoration.

The first step in preparing this recipe is to take a large bowl, in which you put butter, sugar and eggs. Mix these ingredients with a whisk, then add salt, essential oils, flour and powder. Gently add the flour (about three-quarters), then pour the contents onto the floured table. Add the remaining flour later. Then, leave the dough on the work table for about 20 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a floured table, and cut it into the shape you want. Place the biscuits on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by mixing sugar and cinnamon with lemon juice. Spread it on the biscuits with the help of a brush and sprinkle the colored candies immediately.
The cookies are ready when the frosting hardens. You can keep them for 2-3 weeks in an iron box.
