Recently on the fast food market in Romania, Submarine Burger announces for the next season the opening of at least three restaurants in the Capital.
In early 2022, the Croatian burger chain chose Romania as the first country to open a new location, after a pilot period of online presence on the Glovo platform.
“After a series of market tests, this year we intend to open at least 3 restaurants in Bucharest with the aim of bringing the entire Submarine Burger experience to Romanian customers. When we refer to the long-term plan and vision, we intend to cover Bucharest with our hotel and at the disposal of this large percentage of residents, who can come to eat in our hotel and enjoy our food , including takeaway”, pointed out Aleksandar Lazinica, Founder and owner of the Croatian company Submarine Burger.
Last year, Submarine Burger was included in the Financial Times list of 1,000 fastest growing companies, ranking 720, making it the only non-technological Croatian company included in the ranking. According to the statistics, Submarine registered a total increase of more than 220%, and the company’s income in 2019 stands at 4.5 million euros and has 77 employees.

The Croatian burger chain is located in Zagreb, Rijeka, Split and Zadar, and has 13 locations in its portfolio.
