“For semolina pudding, you need a maximum of 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes of patience while in the oven. ☺️
- 150 g semolina
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 4 eggs
And for the syrup you need 200 ml of milk, vanilla essence and 2 tablespoons of honey.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Beat egg whites, add coconut sugar, egg yolk and gently mix with semolina with a spatula. Grease the pan with butter and add the ingredients. Put in the oven at 180 degrees and leave for 20 minutes, until it browns on top. Separately, heat the milk, take the most important honey and vanilla.
Remove the tray from the oven, let it cool slightly and add the milk.
