Lemonade with watermelon and tomatoes
- 1 large red melon or 2 small watermelons
- 1 kg of strawberries
- 500 g of raspberries
- 250 ml of lemon juice
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 1 liter of mineral water
- 1 lime, cut into slices
- a small handful of mint
- ice cream
Put all the fruits in a blender and grind them well so that no seeds remain. Mix them with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour cold mineral water. Add crushed ice to each glass and pour in the lemonade, then garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
