Preparation process

Add the flour to the mixer, add the cubed butter and mix until the butter is incorporated into the flour and you get a bread-like consistency. Add water and keep mixing until a dough is obtained. Put the meat in a bowl and add 2 eggs and vegetables, cut well. Add salt and pepper to the mix. Sprinkle flour on the board and place the dough on the table. Beat gently until it becomes very soft. When you are ready, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then cut 1/3 of the dough and set aside. Transfer the rest of the dough as much as possible and cut it with a saucer into a disc of 10-15 cm in diameter, these discs are placed in a greased pan and placed on paper. Transfer the reserved dough and cut a small disc from it, with a diameter of one cup. Place a spoonful of the filling on the discs in the tray. Covers the body with a small disc. Transfer part of the disk down in such a way that the filling cannot come out while cooking. Lift the pies and brush with beaten egg. Place the tray in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius. Do about 60 minutes. Good appetite!
