  • 1 small cabbage (about 1.3-1.5 kg)
  • 2 half onions
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 150 ml oil
  • 1 package of baking paper
  • 1 pound of dill
  • 2 thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns

To finish:

  • 1 small cup of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

Preparation process:

We leave the cabbage to soak for about 2 hours, then we cut it finely and soak it well in the juice it leaves. We also clean the onion and cut it a little, after that we put it in a little oil. After 3-4 minutes, add the cabbage and cook them together, on low heat, stirring from time to time.

We add dill, water leaves, peppercorns and tomato paste, add salt and cover the cabbage with a lid, let it cook until all the water evaporates. Sheets are divided from one package into 3, then, pouring oil between them, we put half of the boiled cabbage on them and spread it.

We put the second collection of leaves, followed by the second half of boiled cabbage, and finally, we cover the last collection of leaves painted between them with oil. On top, we will spread the bread with a mixture of cream+eggs+salt. Before covering the bread with cream, we cut it into large pieces, and cook it at the right temperature, until it gets a golden color.
