Rina’s Diet is a daily weight loss plan. The diet requires that, on the first day of the diet, you eat food rich in protein, on the second day starch, on the third day carbohydrates, and on the fourth day vitamins, according to diete.club.
Day 1 (protein)
Lunch
Chicken thighs (prepared without skin) and vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, grilled mushrooms and salad tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. You can also eat a slice of bread.
If it is not enough for you, after a meal, you can eat 300 ml of clear vegetable soup.

Dinner
As a rule, for dinner, you will eat half of the menu that you ate for lunch. During this time, you are not allowed to eat bread or clear vegetable soup. You will eat dinner between 18:00-20:00, 4 hours after lunch.
Day 2 (starch)
Lunch
Pepper filled with rice (spicy) and tomato, onion and cucumber salad. As in protein days, you can serve a slice of bread and a bowl of clear vegetable soup, if you are not full.

During dinner, you will eat half of the menu you ate at lunch, but without bread or clear vegetable soup.
You will eat dinner between 18:00-20:00, but this time, at least 3 hours after lunch.
Day 3 (carbohydrates)
Lunch
Eggless pasta in tomato sauce (without meat, parmesan or other cheese). At the end of the meal, you can have a bowl of clear vegetable soup, if you want.

Half of the menu you ate for lunch and 3 squares of dark chocolate. Besides that, on this day, you can eat something delicious for dinner. In this case, skip lunch and eat pancakes with honey and 3 chocolate squares.

You have to eat dinner between 18:00-20:00, at least 3 hours after lunch.
Day 4 (vitamins)
Lunch
A bowl of green salad (lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, radishes, pepper). After 2 hours, you can eat a maximum of 100 g of raw almonds (uncooked and unsalted). After another 2 hours, you can eat two more nectarines, for example.
You should eat lunch 2 hours after the last fruit meal from breakfast. At lunch you can eat fruits or vegetables separately every 2 hours, without combining them in one meal.
Dinner
Apple and cinnamon dish. You should eat dinner 2 hours after the last meal from lunch. You cannot eat anything after 20:00.
Day 5 (protein)
Lunch
Trout on a bed of lemon and sauteed mixed vegetables (without potatoes and without butter). You can also eat a slice of bread and a clear vegetable soup. If you want, you can fry the trout. Of course, you can replace it with other types of fish: salmon, tuna, sea bream, mackerel, cod, etc.
Dinner
Eat half of the lunch menu, but no more bread or clear vegetable soup.
Day 6 (starch)
Lunch
Potato stew (without meat) and beetroot salad with horseradish. After a meal, you can have a bowl of clear vegetable soup.

Dinner
Unsweetened warm pear compote or fruit salad.
Day 9 (protein)
Lunch
Garlic, onion and tomato soup with canned or boiled eggs. You can also serve a slice of bread. If you are not full, you can have a bowl of clear vegetable soup after the meal.

These vegetables are cooked (onion, carrot, zucchini, red pepper, broccoli). After 2 hours, you can eat a maximum of 100 g of raw almonds (uncooked) or a cup of strawberries. After 2 hours, you can eat another bunch of grapes, 2 slices of watermelon or citrus juice.
Dinner
Vegetable salad or fruit salad.
