Braşov Metropolitan Agency (AMB) won new funding from the National Cultural Fund Administration in the project “Salt and dishes and other food stories”, which will promote the civilization of the table and traditional gastronomy as an important part of this heritage and – can’t see. of the Romanian space.
The cultural work will be carried out in collaboration with the Braşov Ethnography Museum and will allow participants to travel through time, by showing customs, superstitions, related to certain dishes, spices, condiments.
