Sugar-free apple pie recipe – How to make it
It starts with the preparation of natural apple juice. Wash 5-6 of the sweetest apples, cut them into cubes and transfer them to the juicer. You use this juice for both the dough and the filling.
How to make soft bread
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix it with a little salt. Add grated peel of lemon. Add to hand: oil, apple juice and yogurt and homogenize the composition whenever added ingredients. Apple juice will make the bread crust sweet.
Mix the flour with the powder and pass the mixture through a sieve. Add this mixture to the mixture in a large bowl and mix the flour until smooth. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
How to make apple filling without sugar
Wash the apples well and dry them without cutting them. Peels of apples contain vitamins, they give color, and taste delicious. Mix grated apple with apple juice and cinnamon in a saucepan. Place the pot on the stove and cook the ingredients for a maximum of 10 minutes. Then let it cool. When it cools, the composition will change due to the pectin in the apple, which will make it heavier.
Prepare an oven tray that you cover with paper and turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into two. Turn the first part so that the size of the tray is placed on its bottom. Use a fork to poke it from point to point.
Spread the apple mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Above, put the second sheet of dough spread on the work table, the size of the tray.
Place the tray in the oven and bake a delicious apple cake without sugar for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
