Hamburgers are delicious and can be prepared with a special combination of ingredients. Here are two hamburger recipes worth trying. You will want to prepare them later, every day!
Hamburger with bacon and blue cheese
- 1/2 medium-sized red onion
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 700 grams of beef
- 120 grams of blue cheese mold
- 4 hamburger buns
- Fried pork chops
How is it prepared:
In a large bowl, combine onion rings, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Leave them aside.
Preheat grill. Cut the beef into four round meatballs, then flatten them slightly into burgers, about two inches in diameter. Make an incision on top of each hamburger and season with salt and pepper. Put the meatballs on the grill and leave them until they go away easily, about 3-4 minutes on each side for half done. Two minutes before you remove them from the grill, put blue cheese on the bottom of each burger and leave it on fire, covering the grill.
If you want, you can also put the buns on the grill to brown them. Place the burgers on the buns and add the pickled onion, lettuce, tomato and bacon slices.
Mexican hamburger with shrimp and chorizo
- mexican chorizo
- 500 grams of ground pork
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 ½ teaspoons chili
- 1 ½ sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper or cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon alcohol
- 1 teaspoon of tequila
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon of cumin
For the garlic shrimp:
- 8 shrimps cleaned and dried
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon of car oil
For the mayonnaise and paprika:
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- lemon juice
- 4 burger buns
- ½ cup grated cheese
- a few slices of tomato
How is it prepared:
Mexican chorizo layer: Put everything in a bowl and mix well. Cover the dish with plastic film and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Strawberries: After cleaning and removing the skin, rinse them and let them dry well on a paper towel. Then mix them with other ingredients, cover the bowl and leave them in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Paprika Mayonnaise: mix everything leaving them aside.
Prepare the burgers: divide the meat mixture into quarters, then shape the burgers. It is important that the diameter of the burgers is smaller than that of the buns.
In order for the burgers to have a delicious crust when they are ready, sprinkle a little flour on both sides before putting them in the pan. Put the olive oil in a hot pot and let it heat up.
Add the burgers and leave them, without moving them, until they get a brown line on top. Turn them to the other side, sprinkle grated cheese on them, put a lid on them and let them cook on medium heat for another two minutes, until the cheese melts.
Add the shrimps to the pan and leave them for about a minute on each side.
Assemble the burgers: put mayonnaise and paprika on both sides of the bun, then add two slices of tomato and chorizo burgers. Cut the herbs lengthwise and place them on top of the meat layer. Place the other half of the bun on top.
